Home prices fell in 49% of OC in July. How’d your ZIP do?

The median home sales price dipped vs. a year ago in 49% of Orange County ZIP codes, according to Attom.

Looking at the 87 local ZIP codes with sales in July 2025, prices increased in the past year in 44 and decreased in 43.

The priciest ZIP, among those with five or more sales, was Newport Coast 92657 with a $5.55 million median. The cheapest area with five or more sales was Santa Ana 92701, with a $412,000 median.

Sales were up in 43 ZIPs, down in 38 and five were unchanged. The busiest ZIP was Laguna Niguel 92677 with 78 sales.

Overall, the countywide median sales price of $1.18 million was down 0.4% over 12 months. All told, 2,168 homes sold, down 0.05% for the year.
