An overturned big rig blocked all lanes of the westbound 91 Freeway near Brookhurst Street in Anaheim on Tuesday morning, Oct. 14, amid a storm, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Caltrans issued a Sig Alert, advising drivers to use alternate routes. Authorities do not know when the lanes would open.
In Anaheim, the National Weather Service has put a wind advisory in place until noon Tuesday and a flash flood watch is in place until 5 p.m.
