Sarah Aldeguer, Fairmont Prep, Sr., F
The Princeton commit converted a 3-point play with 9.6 seconds left in the fourth quarter to lift the Huskies past Centennial 47-45. Aldeguer scored 14 points with seven rebounds, while also notching her 1,000 career point.
Natasha Jafari, Beckman, Sr., F
Jafari made 7 of 12 shots from the floor, including all four of her 3-pointers, en route to 21 points in a 59-45 win against defending South Coast League champion San Clemente. Jafari had 10 rebounds.
Charlotte Muller, Esperanza, Sr., F
Muller scored 25 points and became the Aztecs’ career scoring leader in a 61-60 win against Troy at the Matson Classic. Muller made five shots from beyond the arc.
Vivian Villagrana, Pacifica Christian, Sr., G
Villagrana scored 32 points — two shy of her season-high — in a 67-53 victory against San Marcos. She had six rebounds.
Kayla Watanabe, Orange Lutheran, So., G
Watanabe scored a career-high 31 points, including a school-record seven 3-pointers, to lead the Lancers to a 69-55 victory against Rolling Hills Prep at the Matson Classic. Watanabe converted two of her 3-pointers into 4-point plays.
