All kids are invited to come enjoy the celebration of the K-Pop Culture with NONGSHIM from noon until 2 p.m. on Feb. 28 at the Canyon Hills Library.
Anaheim Public Library has partnered with NONGSHIM for a K-Pop Demon Hunter and ramyun afternoon of fun activities. Some of these include an opportunity to dance to K-Pop with the Martrys Catholic K-Pop team dancers, themed crafts, games and giveaways.
This special Korean Culture Day celebration also includes the K-Pop Demon Hunter NONGSHIM food truck serving a variety of food items. Kids also have the opportunity to take a photo with their favorite K-Pop Demon Hunter in the photo zone. Kids are encouraged to dress up in their favorite K-Pop attire and get ready to celebrate.

Women’s Club hosts Valentine’s Day luncheon
The Anaheim Hills Women’s Club is planning a Valentine’s Day luncheon on Feb. 18 at the Anaheim Hills Golf Course, inviting all women in the community to the celebration.
The luncheon offers guests a choice of three entrees and also includes entertainment by the talented singer Matt Grey, who has planned a special selection of love songs.

Valentine’s fun for kids
Kids ages 5 and older are invited to participate in a special Valentine’s Day craft at the East Anaheim Branch Library.

A game day for older adults, hosted by Canyon Hills Library, will be hosted from 2 to 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 6 at the branch. All seniors are welcome to participate.
This is an opportunity to make new friends and play a variety of fun brain-strengthening games intended to build cognitive skills and boost your spirits.

Canyon Hills Library will also host a Financial Security for Older Adults workshop from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 12 in the Multi-Purpose Room.
This special event, presented by the Bank of America, is an opportunity to learn about the newest scams and how to take preventative measures to protect your personal information.

The Deacons at Canyon Hills Presbyterian Church are sponsoring a blood drive from 1 to 7 p.m. on Feb. 16 in the church’s Fellowship Hall, and the community is encouraged to participate.
This blood drive, which is held in conjunction with the American Red Cross, will help replenish needed blood supplies. One blood donation can save up to three lives and every two seconds someone needs blood. Your donation may help save the lives of neighbors, friends and others in the community.
