If you want a Valentine’s pancake special, or even free pancakes, now is not the time to snooze, but it may be time to go to Snooze.
The chain, which is known for its breakfast and brunch dishes, is offering a Valentine’s Day pancake through March 3. Snooze, which started in Denver, now has locations in nine states, including spots in Huntington Beach, Laguna Niguel, Orange and Tustin, plus two more in San Diego
The special is a Chocolate Biscuit Crumble Pancake. It’s a buttermilk cake topped with rich chocolate ganache, spiced biscuit crumble and flaky Maldon salt. And those who subscribe to the restaurant’s loyalty program can get a free pancake on Feb. 17 with the purchase of any Snooze menu item.
But stay hungry people because the restaurant has also launched a new menu that includes a French Toast Latte spiced latte with two shots of espresso, a Grilled Three-Cheese and Fire-Roasted Tomato Soup, the Winter Whipped Cottage Cheese Bowl, made with oven-roasted carrots, crispy chickpeas, prosciutto and toasted rustic bread and the return of Sweet Potato Pancakes. These are Snooze’s signature sweet potato pancakes topped with house-made caramel, candied pecans and ginger butter.
