The median selling price rose in 60% of Orange County ZIP codes in February, according to Attom.
Among 84 local ZIP codes, prices increased in the past year in 50 and decreased in 34. Overall, the countywide median of $1,200,000 was up 4% over 12 months.
Priciest ZIP? Newport Coast 92657 with a $3,842,375 median. Cheapest? Santa Ana 92701 at $441,615.
Sales were up in 46 ZIPs, down in 27, and 11 were flat. Total sales of 1,742 were a 1% increase for the year.
