Pratt and Raman lead Bass in latest fundraising for L.A. mayoral race

Reality television star Spencer Pratt raised more in donations since Jan. 1 than the other mayoral candidates, according to city figures. Councilmember Nithya Raman and Mayor Karen Bass were close behind.
