O.C. teen’s mother faces manslaughter charge in e-motorbike crash that killed 81-year-old

Orange County prosecutors have charged an Aliso Viejo woman with involuntary manslaughter after an 81-year-old man died from injuries sustained when her son allegedly hit him while riding an electric motorcycle.
