U.S. Judge Stephen V. Wilson spent two hours Monday grilling a federal prosecutor over a plan to give L.A. County Sheriff’s Deputy Trevor Kirk a no-jail plea deal, despite the fact he was convicted of a felony in an excessive force case earlier this year.
