A motorcyclist was killed in Buena Park on Wednesday, May 21, when a man suspected of driving under the influence drove into opposing traffic and crashed into the biker, police said.
The crash was reported around 3:40 a.m. at Valley View Street and Panama Drive. The motorcyclist was hospitalized and pronounced dead by the UCI Medical Center staff, Buena Park police said.
The other driver, Seth Macklin, 25, of Huntington Beach stayed behind after the crash and was determined to be under the influence and arrested.
