A local hospital is asking for the public’s help identifying a man who was found unresponsive in South Los Angeles and brought in for treatment last week.
The man, believed to be Hispanic and between 35 and 40 years old, was discovered near 43rd Street and Hoover Street around 8:40 a.m on June 14.

He had no identification or personal belongings with him when he arrived at California Hospital Medical Center in downtown L.A., officials from Dignity Health said.
He is described as approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and 135 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and missing upper teeth. He was wearing a black jacket when found, officials said.
Due to patient confidentiality laws, the man’s condition was not disclosed but images shared with KTLA showed the man unconscious and hooked up to a breathing apparatus.
Anyone with information that could help identify him is urged to call 213-507-5495 or 213-742-5511.
