Pacific Wine and Food Classic returning for its seventh year

The Pacific Wine and Food Classic return for its seventh year on Saturday, Sept. 20. Guests can look forward to chowing down with reckless abandon on fare from over 35 notable Orange County chefs and restaurants.

New this year will be the Dessert Garden, a dedicated space strictly for sweets. Highlights will include executive pastry chef Andy de la Cruz of Rise Rooftop Lounge; the Crema Cafe & OC Baking Company’s mini kouign-amann; Melissa’s Produce’s strawberries drizzled with pistachio and chocolate sauces, a nod to the viral Dubai chocolate; Honey Pot Meadery; Rancho Capistrano Winery’s whisky bundt cake; Scratch Bakery Cafe; and Francium Chocolate, noted for their use of natural sugars.
