A person was killed in a multi-vehicle crash Sunday on the 405 Freeway in Fountain Valley, authorities said.
The crash occurred around 10:35 a.m. on July 20 on the southbound freeway at Euclid Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
It involved a white Honda SUV and three sedans, the CHP said.
A representative from the Orange County coroner’s office was dispatched to the scene at 11:02 a.m.
A Sigalert was issued at 10:52 a.m. closing the No. 1 and No. 2 lanes of the southbound freeway for an unknown duration.
