A man has barricaded himself inside a car on the steps of Los Angeles’ City Hall, authorities said.
At 4:08 p.m., the LA Police Department responded to a traffic collision call and found the car on the steps of City Hall near Broadway and south of First Street in downtown LA.
The man has two signs on the dashboard of the car that say, “Don’t want to hurt no body,” and “I need ur help D Trump U.S. Vet,” according to KTLA 5.
