A barnstorming exhibition team known as the “Harlem Globetrotters of Baseball” that plays rowdy and fast-paced games with choreographed dance routines, epic scoring celebrations and a 10-foot-tall pitcher is bringing its popular brand of Banana Ball to Disneyland.
The Savannah Bananas will bring the Greatest Show in Sports to the Happiest Place on Earth on May 28 for a parade, dance celebrations and themed food.
Mickey Mouse was on hand at a Bananas home game in Savannah, Georgia, when the team made the announcement: “We’re going to Disneyland.”

Savannah Bananas Day at Disneyland is tied to the 2025 Banana Ball World Tour that takes the Georgia team to 17 Major League stadiums — including Angel Stadium in Anaheim on May 30 and 31.
Don’t bother trying to get tickets to the Anaheim games — they’ve been sold out for weeks.
In fact, the Savannah Bananas are sold out through mid-July.
You can catch the Bananas on ESPN, which is broadcasting 11 games from Anaheim, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago and other big league cities.

The Bananas will be back in Southern California on Sept. 5 and 6 at Petco Park in San Diego, with tickets still available.
The 2025 tour has already included sold-out stops at the 65,000-seat Tampa Bay Buccaneers NFL stadium and the 81,000-seat Clemson Tigers college football stadium.
Banana Ball features an altered set of rules with a heavy focus on entertainment, showmanship and fan interaction while keeping the on-field action unscripted and competitive.
The Bananas always play one of three partner touring teams — the Texas Tailgaters, Party Animals or Firefighters.
The Bananas lineup always features an eclectic cast of characters, including a breakdancing coach, twerking umpire, yellow tuxedoed team owner, senior citizen dance team and the world’s tallest pitcher.
