Four California Lottery players are entering the fall season as millionaires thanks to big wins from scratcher games.
In Winters, a town in Yolo County in Northern California, Patrick Morrison won the top prize after playing the Sunny Money scratcher. He bought his ticket at Lorenzo Market on 121 E Grant Ave.
In San Jose, Lyumyla Mozhqua scored $1 million on a 50X the Cash ticket purchased at a CVS Pharmacy on 525 W. Capitol Expressway. Lottery officials said only three of the original 14 top prizes remain for that game.
In Los Angeles, Roberto Dimarco won $1 million on the Triple Red 777 scratcher. He purchased the ticket at Lucky 7 Liquor, located at 12408 Washington Blvd. Officials noted that only one top prize for the game remains unclaimed.
Lastly, in Orange County, Lourdes Valdez hit $1 million after playing 50X the Cash. Her winning ticket came from Albertsons supermarket, located at 8440 E. Chapman Ave. in Orange.
