A gunman is spotted near a grade school. O.C. residents ask why immigration agents, police gave no warning

A man with a gun was spotted in a Fullerton apartment complex near an elementary school. Agents from ICE, FBI and Homeland Security Investigations joined Fullerton police in the search. School officials are upset they were not notified.
