Los Angeles County Dist. Atty. Nathan Hochman moved to dismiss a manslaughter indictment against two Torrance police officers who shot and killed Christopher Deandre Mitchell in 2018. Mitchell, a car theft suspect, was holding an air rifle when the officers opened fire.
