L.A. County cuts nearly $200 million in homeless services to close budget gap

Facing a yawning budget gap, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved around $200 million in cuts to homeless programs. Outreach and navigation services that help people get into housing will be hit hard.
