LAPD announces $50K reward for woman’s unsolved murder in South L.A.

The Los Angeles Police Department held a press conference Thursday afternoon to announce a $50,000 reward related to an unsolved murder of a woman in South L.A.

Kishaundra Gatlin was found stabbed to death inside her home on the 11700 block of Figueroa Street on the morning of March 29, 2023.

Police have released few details about 43-year-old’s death since her body was discovered more than two years ago.

But on Thursday, police said all investigative leads had been exhausted, and the reward was being offered in hopes of finding a new break in the case.

Gatlin’s family joined LAPD officials Thursday for the press conference and pleaded for any help that leads to the identification and eventual arrest of those responsible for her death.
