Cameras captured the wild moment when dozens of people on minibikes blocked an intersection in Downtown Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon.
The video posted on Citizen.com showed the riders blocking traffic while performing stunts at the intersection of Francisco Street and West 8th Street, not far from the 110 Freeway.
Witnesses reported seeing the group riding throughout the Downtown L.A. area the rest of the day.
It was unclear whether any arrests were made or if the police ever intervened.
Two minibike riders were arrested following a 2023 incident involving actor Ian Ziering, best known for his role in “Beverly Hills 90210,” after a group of riders blocked motorists in Hollywood.
Ziering confronted and shoved one of the minibike riders who was blocking his vehicle before three to four additional bikers jumped into the fray, one of them throwing a punch that appeared to hit the actor in the face.
He went on to describe the incident as “hooliganism” and called for “effective law enforcement” to help solve what he thinks is a larger issue.
