Sicilian man said to work for Mexican Mafia charged with racketeering in L.A. gang bust

Authorities in Los Angeles announced charges Tuesday against suspected members of a San Pedro gang, including a state prisoner who allegedly used contraband cellphones to carry out the bidding of the Mexican Mafia.
