K1 Speed has opened a new indoor karting facility in Culver City, featuring the first multi-level electric go-kart track in Southern California.
The track includes sharp turns, acceleration zones and a raised section that gives drivers an overhead view of the course. Karts are all-electric, manufactured in Italy, and can reach speeds of up to 45 mph. The zero-emission vehicles are designed to offer consistent torque and performance for drivers of all experience levels.

The Culver City center also includes an arcade, two private event rooms and a Paddock Lounge with food and drinks. Alcohol service will be available soon for guests 21 and older. The facility is open daily and located at 3960 Landmark St., near Ivy Station and Platform.
K1 Speed, which operates indoor karting tracks across the U.S. and internationally, said the new location is intended to serve both casual visitors and private events.

“It feels right to introduce Southern California’s first multi-level indoor go-kart track in a city so deeply connected to the entertainment industry,” said Susan Danglard, co-founder and chief marketing officer of K1 Speed.
The center is now accepting bookings for races, parties and corporate events. More information is available online.
