Disneyland visitors regularly hustle to their favorite ride or their favorite snack spot; but on Sunday they were beating a path for something entirely different: raising money for children battling illnesses.
The 2025 CHOC Walk in the Park presented by the resort offered participants early access to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. As they walked the parks they were raising money for the Children’s Hospital of Orange County and its health care, research and education programs.
Many of the teams of walkers wore matching outfits in honor of the children they were raising money for and several people wore costumes.
The day featured more than 6,500 participants and raised more than $2.3 million.
