The always popular Teddy Bear Picnic at the Canyon Hills Library was fancy this year.
Robin Preiss Glasser, illustrator of the also popular “Fancy Nancy” children’s books series, joined in the fun this year at the Anaheim Hills library, transforming the event into a teddy bear tea party.
Children with their favorite stuffies as their guests attended the “Fancy Nancy” themed tea party at the library, enjoying a book reading by Glasser as well as crafts and treats. Glasser’s next book is expected out in September.
The annual event is sponsored by the Friends of Canyon Hills Library.
