Home prices up in 66% of OC in June. How did your ZIP do?

The median sales price increased in 66% of Orange County ZIP codes during the past year, according to Attom.

Of the 83 local ZIP codes with sales in June 2025, prices increased in 55 neighborhoods and dropped in 28.

The priciest ZIP, with five or more sales? Newport Beach 92661 at $6.23 million. Cheapest? Laguna Woods 92637’s $445,000.

Sales rose in 45 ZIPs, fell in 37, and one was unchanged. Busiest ZIP? Laguna Niguel 92677 with 72 sales.

Overall, the $1.21 million countywide median was up 1% over 12 months. Sales of 2,125 were down 1% for the year.

Priciest: $2.13 million, up 14% in a year, with 645 sales, up 2% over 12 months.

Cheapest: $881,000, up 4% with 595 sales, up 1%.
