Knott’s Berry Farm and Six Flags Magic Mountain slash prices on season passes

Knott’s Berry Farm and Six Flags Magic Mountain have slashed prices on 2026 season passes that cost less than a single visit to Disneyland or Universal Studios Hollywood on most days throughout the year.

The limited-time Most Valuable Pass sale on 2026 Six Flags season passes runs through Sept. 1.

Six Flags offers two types of season passes at each of its 40-plus North American parks that are good for the rest of 2025 and 2026.

The basic-level Knott’s and Magic Mountain season passes offer access to each individual park.

The higher-level Gold and Prestige passes at Knott’s and Magic Mountain can be used at both Southern California theme parks and every location in the amusement park chain.

The discounted Knott’s passes cost $95 for the Season Pass, $120 for the Gold Pass and $245 for the Prestige Pass. All three passes offer unlimited access to the Buena Park theme park. The Gold Pass adds access to the Soak City water park and the Prestige Pass adds parking.

The discounted Magic Mountain passes cost $79 for the Silver Pass, $110 for the Gold Pass and $175 for the Prestige Pass. All three passes offer unlimited access to the Valencia amusement park and free general parking. The Gold Pass adds access to the Hurricane Harbor water park and the Prestige Pass adds preferred parking.

By comparison, daily ticket prices cost $104 to $206 at Disneyland and $109 to $154 at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Knott’s is also offering all season add-ons good for dining ($145), drinks ($37), parking ($90), FunPix digital photos ($60) and Fast Lane line-cutting passes ($625).

Magic Mountain is offering all season add-ons good for dining ($99), drinks ($37), Picture Pass digital photos ($40) and Fast Lane line-cutting passes ($499).

Additional passholder perks include bring-a-friend-for-free tickets good through the end of 2025 plus in-park discounts on food and merchandise.

Six Flags is billing the MVP sale as the lowest prices of the year for season passes and all season add-ons.
