The San Clemente spot comes on the heels of the Irvine opening in early March, expanding Nick the Greek’s footprint to five locations in Orange County.

First opening in 2014 in San Jose by a trio of first cousins — who, all sharing the name “Nick Tsigaris,” distinguish themselves with the monikers “Big Nick,” “Little Nick” and “Baby Nick” — the chain has grown to more than 80 locations, in California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas and Kansas. Nick the Greek has been on the rise since since it started franchising in 2019.
