Lissy and Mina’s story: Lissy and Mina are sweethearts. Affectionate Lissy loves lap time and snuggles so much she will jump up and “hug” you. Independent Mina likes cuddling, but doesn’t initiate it. The girls haven’t been exposed to many dogs, but they love cats. They need some veterinary care — spays and possibly teeth cleaning — and Mina has cherry eyes (her tear ducts pop out), which will need surgery to fix. The Tibetan Spaniel Club of America will pay the vet bills, but is looking for a foster home to care for the girls while they get their care. The foster would be considered to adopt them if interested. They will need a home together as they are very bonded. Their ideal home would be quiet with adults only.
