Rusty’s story: Rusty was underweight with a terrible skin infection and patchy fur when a Lovebugs foster laid eyes on him, and he quickly became a Lovebug. Rusty has made a nice recovery, and his coat is now soft and scruffy, just like it should be. He’s a friendly little guy and is engaging with new people he meets. He seems to do better with dogs on the calmer side and can be a bit leash reactive with larger dogs he doesn’t know. He has some basics under his belt, such as sit, come and wait. He would benefit from a little more confidence-building when out and about on walks. Rusty will require ongoing allergy medication to keep his symptoms at bay. He is well-mannered in the home and will make a wonderful addition to a true terrier lover.
