The Disneyland faithful are already making plans for Halloween with tickets set to go on sale for the annual Oogie Boogie Bash after-hours party that will feature more nights than ever and the earliest kickoff in the event’s history.
Tickets for the Oogie Boogie Bash separate admission event go on sale to Inspire Magic Keyholders on June 24, all Magic Keyholders on June 25 and to the general public on June 26.

Oogie Boogie Bash 2025 will run on 31 select nights from Aug. 17 through Oct. 31 at Disney California Adventure.
The Oogie Boogie online ticket window waiting room will open at approximately 8:45 a.m. with sales starting no earlier than 9 a.m. each day.
Ticket buyers waiting in the online queue can once again get notified by email when it’s their turn to buy tickets by using the “notify me” option.
A limited amount of tickets will be available for the two Magic Key presales.

Halloween Time, Plaza de la Familia and Oogie Boogie Bash will overlap with Disneyland’s 70th anniversary celebration.
The “Wondrous Journeys” fireworks show at Disneyland and the Better Together parade at Disney California Adventure will temporarily pause during the Halloween season.
The “Halloween Screams” fireworks show will run at Disneyland during Halloween Time while the Frightfully Fun nighttime parade will run at DCA during Oogie Boogie Bash events.
The Paint the Night parade at Disneyland and “World of Color Happiness” water show at DCA will continue to run throughout the Halloween season.

This year’s edition of Oogie Boogie Bash will include familiar nighttime entertainment like the Villains Grove haunted walk-thru experience, trick-or-treat trails, character costumes, specialty-themed food and collectible merchandise.
The Oogie Boogie Bash after-hours party is separate from the Halloween Time decor that takes over the parks during the All Hallow’s Eve season. The 5-hour after-party starts at 6 p.m. with mix-in beginning three hours earlier.
All the Halloween attraction overlays you’ve known from seasons past will be back, including Guardians of the Galaxy — Mission: Breakout, Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree and Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters.

Oogie Boogie Bash 2025 will run on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday nights with the exception of Halloween – which falls on a Friday.
Here are the 2025 dates for Oogie Boogie Bash:
- Aug. 17, 19, 21, 24, 26, 28, 31
- Sept. 2, 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 28, 30
- Oct. 2, 5, 7, 9, 12, 14, 16, 19, 21, 23, 26, 28, 31
Disney PhotoPass will once again offer unlimited free downloads and each attendee will get a commemorative keepsake.

Adults and kids can dress up in costume for the event — but there are a few rules.
Dressing up like a Disney, Pixar, Marvel or Star Wars character is permitted, but you can’t pose for photos or sign autographs.
Costumes can’t be offensive, violent or objectionable (even if that sounds like a deadringer description of Deadpool). Costumes can’t drag on the ground (pretty much every full-length Disney princess dress) or have any sharp or pointed details (leave your Vibranium spear at home).

Disneyland has not yet announced how much admission will cost for Oogie Boogie Bash 2025.
Tickets cost $134 to $189 in 2024 with the prices rising the closer you got to Halloween. Ticket prices rose $5 to $10 in 2023 but didn’t increase in 2024.
When tickets do finally go on sale you’ll need to move fast. In past years, every night of Oogie Boogie Bash has sold out in days if not hours.
Magic Keyholders don’t get any discounts on Oogie Boogie Bash tickets. The events are rain or shine and there are no refunds. Parking is not included in the ticket price.

If you miss out on tickets, don’t even think about buying them on eBay or StubHub. Disneyland is watching. Very closely.
Oogie Boogie Bash tickets can’t be resold or transferred — and Disneyland will revoke scalped tickets.
And if you like being an annual passholder, don’t even think about trying to sell your extra Oogie Boogie Bash tickets on the aftermarket, because Disneyland will revoke your Magic Key and ban you from the park.
