On Friday, sources said, L.A. County prosecutors declined to file criminal charges against L.A. anti-gang worker Skipp Townsend, who was arrested earlier this week on suspicion of murder conspiracy. But his son, Kody Townsend, is now charged with killing an employee of his father’s organization.
