Los Angeles mom who killed her two young children was legally insane, court finds

Jasmine Hickman, who admitted Tuesday to killing her 7-year-old daughter and newborn baby in 2017, was sent to a state hospital rather than prison after a court found her to be legally insane at the time of the crime.
