Newsom continues crackdown on cities over housing plan requirements. ‘No city gets a pass,’ governor says

Gov. Gavin Newsom and California Atty. Gen. Rob Bonta filed legal actions this week against five small cities that they say are failing to meet benchmarks required for housing planning.
