South Lake Tahoe Mayor Tamara Wallace submitted a highly vulnerable letter to constituents detailing her embezzling of funds from South Lake Tahoe Presbyterian Church. Wallace claimed in the letter that she used the funds, in-part, to take care of her deceased son’s children.
