Notable this week: Fairmont Prep climbs two spots to No. 1 after defeating Mater Dei 63-48 at the Nike Tournament of Champions in Arizona. The Huskies went 2-2 and took 11th in the Vincent Cannizzaro Division, the tournament’s top high school federation grouping. … Mater Dei slips to No. 2 after going 1-3 in the tournament to place 14th.

1. Fairmont Prep (6-5): Adyra Rajan scored 10 of her game-high 18 points in the fourth quarter as the Huskies overcame foul trouble in a win against Mater Dei at the Nike TOC.
